Cancellation and Refund:

• No refunds will be issued for any cancellations, regardless of the time of cancellation.
• Once a booking is made, it is final, and no cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be allowed under any circumstances.

Booking Time:

• The court booking time will start at the scheduled time mentioned in the booking confirmation, regardless of the player’s arrival time. It is the responsibility of the player to arrive on time for their session.

Rescheduling:

• Rescheduling is not allowed under any circumstances. Once a booking is confirmed, the time slot is reserved and cannot be changed.

Cancellation by Titans Arena:

• In the event of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, emergencies, or other operational issues), if Titans Arena must cancel a booking, players will be offered the choice of rescheduling the session to another available time or receiving a full refund.
• If Titans Arena cancels your booking, you will be notified as early as possible, and an alternative booking or refund will be provided.
